SANGATA, The construction of gas power plant in Kabo, Sangata, East Kalimantan, owned by Kutai Timur Energi (KTE) which was stuck for some time because its funding had been blocked by the Attorney General's Office in a corruption case, will be continued, a spokesman said.
Hamzah Dahlan, head of the PT KTE liquidation team said here Tuesday that the power project which will have a capacity of 15 megawatts, is scheduled for completion in the next five months. Site Manager of Kabo, H. Sutiman said the plant may be completed in the next four months, followed by the installation of the equipment and machinery.
